 LEADING THE EXCAVATION TEAM OF THE SIX FLOORS UNDERGROUD OF A SHOPPING CENTRE 

Responsibilities

• Planning the excavation of 326000m3 in open sky in an area of 16000m2 

• Planning and execution of the different ways to increase daily excavation volumes in urban areas 

• 3D design of the excavation and how it would be implemented 

• Coordinator of the entire area belonging to excavation 

• Plan and coordinate the daily volume of trucks double traction and verification of the environmental part by land movement issues. 

Achievements: 

• It was possible to increase the daily volume excavated to 4300m3 in the maximum curve well above the expected average. 

• By increasing the daily volume excavated, it was possible to recover the time that had been lost in another part of the contract. 

• By having a coherent planning and strategically determined load sites, the load is optimized by reducing the loading time and waiting to increase the daily trips of each dump truck which results in a gain of time and money.
